Jason started his career in real estate in the early 2000's as a fix and fix investor in Colorado Springs CO. After completing a number of these projects he became a licensed Realtor in 2003 and a Managing Broker of his own firm in 2005.
In addition to his real estate brokerage background he has owned and managed a portfolio of small apartment buildings totaling 32 units. In 2019, after 16 years, he sold these buildings and reinvested in a small 10 unit beach town boutique resort in Venice Florida.
Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with an emphasis in research and statistics from University of Colorado and a Masters of Science in Management - Information Technology from Colorado Technical University.
